X Turdinators Policies
- Locked Gates – Since our employees are not allowed to jump over fences, a key or combination must be provided to us to service your property. If we arrive and your gate is locked , you will be charged for service that could not be completed.
- Aggressive Dogs – Some dogs may be territorial when protecting their home. In the event your dog is out and nobody is home, we may not be able to service your yard. If Fluffy won’t let us in, you will be charged for the service.
- Our employees are not allowed to pick up geese poop, dead animals, or litter.
- Credits cannot be applied due to situations beyond our control.
- X-Turdinators cannot extend credit on payments.
